How are PVC windows manufactured?
The manufacturing of a PVC window involves different steps and collaborations. It begins with the arrival of the PVC powder at the factory, where it is mixed with stabilizers and other elements to create the final formula. The PVC then undergoes extrusion and molding to form the window profiles. These profiles are cut, shaped and calibrated before being shipped to the window manufacturer.
We receive the PVC profiles, along with other materials such as glass and hardware. From there, the profiles are cut and the window is machined. Then, the corners are welded and the remaining elements, such as sealing gaskets, shutter boxes, hardware, glazing beads and glass, are assembled.
